Please Help, Questions on Role Plays.

I have a couple of questions concerning the tab layout role play and chat feature.

Chat ::

1. It says there is an extra member but we only have 5 role players, not six, who is this extra person?
2. Is there a way to set up a private chat room just for the members of my role play?
3. I clicked the help on the chat but it wouldn't let me scroll to the top to read all the commands that were written there, is there another place I can find them?

Role Play Tab ::

1. It says add location, if I add a location does that make it available to have a role play there? How does the locations/places work exactly?
2. If I want to "close" a role play from applications how would I go about doing that but still keeping the role play active?
3. Is there any way to keep a role play closed from the public eye until you are completely done creating/formatting it?

Thank you for any help you can give and I apologize if these questions were already answered somewhere on the site. I looked but couldn't find the answers.
